Predator and Varmint/ Pig Combo
Engage in action-packed hunting as you take on predators and varmints alongside wild pigs. This hunt caters to those who enjoy fast-paced shooting and the diverse challenge of variable targets. Expect to encounter predators including gray foxes and coyotes using calling or run and gun methods. Also plenty of trigger time shooting varmints such as jack rabbits, ground squirrels, and cottontails.

*Ride Along guests will be an additional $200 per day (unless they are under the age of 16)
*Wounded animal policy (if an animal is hit and not recovered it will count as your hunt).

Hunting Schedule
Wildland Hunting co. offers these varmint/predator and pig combo hunts year round. While the cottontails and gray foxes can only be hunted within ca fish and game legal seasons the coyotes, jackrabbits, and wild pigs have a year round season. Our guests can expect to initially began the hunt focusing on harvesting a wild pig, staring thirty minutes before daylight in the field, and then switching gears to varmints and predators.
What to Bring
● Valid California Hunting license
● Pig validation
● Rifle .17 caliber to .223 for small game
● Rifle or archery equipment for pigs
● .22-250 or larger for coyotes and .243 or larger for pigs(can use same rifle for pigs and coyotes if its bigger than .243)
● Shotgun(optional)
● Non lead ammunition for Rifles and Shotgun(#4 buckshot being the best or special coyote load)
● Binoculars
● Good hiking boots
● Warm hunting clothes
